The client commissioned us to design two ADUs on the property with the maximum allowable area according to regulations, while also leaving space in the backyard for parking three cars. Once completed, the client will have three rental units on the property.

This is a renovation project of an original two-car garage. After the renovation, it will have a layout of one parking space, one bedroom and a multi-functional kitchen. The project requires very little capital because both the exterior walls and the roof have passed the inspection and can be retained.
